Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing Building Information Models & providing onsite coordination work with operation and consultant team;
• Manage BIM implementation and assuring the quality deliverables to projects in daily basis;
• Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules;
• Assist in perfecting BIM applications in order to improve the communication, co-ordination, management and delivery time, cost and quality throughout the building life cycle of the projects;
• Communicate and co-ordinate with different stakeholders including consultants, architects and internal operation team in the smooth execution.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in construction related disciplines (Architecture & structural background will be preferable);
• 1-2 years relevant BIM experience in construction projects in Hong Kong is preferred;
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experience is must (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solidworks etc);
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
