Description & Requirements

We are currently looking for a site clerk to assist in general clerical and administrative duties of our Plant and Equipment Department. You will be responsible for providing administration support, including issuance of purchase orders, maintenance labour/staff attendance record, inventory record and issue, and other general administration supports.

  • F.5 or above and at least 1 years' clerical / administration experience;
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & Excel);
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
  • Willing to work at site working hours.
