Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating the Building Information Models & providing necessary maintenance service.
• Create Building Information Models in accordance with the BIM requirement for Tender submission.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and assuring the quality deliverables on construction projects;
• Maintain accurate data set in drawings and design specifications;
• Communicate and co-ordinate with operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM models.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines;
• Relevant experience from construction industry is preferred;
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences is preferred (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solidworks, 3DMax);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
